Jazz pianist Sunna Gunnlaugs leads a trio with Scott McLemore on drums and Þorgrímur Jónsson on acoustic bass. The trio performs Sunna's compositions, old and new, which combine the elegance of the European approach with a more fiery American-sounding rhythm section, proving that jazz can have a wider appeal without losing integrity.
