Simon Jermyn fćddist á Írlandi 1981. Hann hóf klassískt gítarnám 9 ára, en sneri sér ađ jazz og tók burtfararpróf á jazzgítar frá Guildhall School of Music and Drama áriđ 2000. Ţá hóf hann nám viđ Konunglega Tónlistarháskólann í Haag í Hollandi og lauk B.M. prófi í jazz-leik í maí síđast liđnum. Međal kennara hans hafa veriđ Eric Ineke, John Ruocco og Ronan Guilfoyle. Simon hefur haldiđ tónleika međal annars í Hollandi, Luxemborg, Belgíu og Írlandi međ hljómsveit sinni; The Simon Jermyn Quartet.

Jóel Pálsson (f. 1972) hefur iđkađ tónlist frá blautu barnsbeini, fyrst lćrđi hann á klarinett, en sneri sér síđar ađ saxófóni og jazz-tónlist. Eftir útskrift frá Tónmenntaskóla Reykjavíkur og jazzdeild Tónlistarskóla FÍH hélt hann til náms viđ Berklee College of Music í Boston, Bandaríkjunum og útskrifađist ţađan međ láđi 1994. Jóel hefur leikiđ á yfir 70 hljómplötum og komiđ víđa fram m.a. í Bandaríkjunum, Kanada, Hollandi, Frakklandi, Ţýskalandi, Englandi, Noregi, Danmörku, Svíţjóđ og Grćnlandi. Hann hefur gefiđ út plöturnar Prím, Klif og Septett međ frumsaminni tónlist og hlotiđ fyrir Íslensku Tónlistarverđlaunin í ţrígang, m.a. fyrir jazzplötu ársins 2001 (Klif) og 2002 (Septett).

Ólafur Jónsson (f. 1967). Ađ loknu námi viđ Tónskóla Sigursveins D. Kristinssonar og Tónlistarskóla FÍH hélt Ólafur til framhaldsnám viđ Berklee College of Music í Boston haustiđ 1989 međ saxófón sem ađalfag og útskrifađist ţađan međ láđi (B.M.) voriđ 1992. Ţar var hann undir handleiđslu Bill Pierce, George Garzone og Joe Viola, en tók einnig einkatíma hjá Jerry Bergonzi og Hal Crook í Boston. Nćsta vetur stundađ Ólafur einkanám hjá George Coleman og Joe Lovano í New York borg. Ólafur flutti heim 1993 og hóf ađ kenna viđ Tónlistarskóla FÍH og Tónskóla SDK. Jafnframt kennslustörfum hefur hann veriđ í framvarđarsveit íslenskra saxófónleikara og leikiđ međ öllum helstu jazzleikurum landsins ýmist undir eigin nafni eđa í samstarfi. Hann er félagi í Stórsveit Reykjavíkur og hefur m.a. leikiđ međ Sinfóníuhljómsveit Íslands, tekiđ ţátt í uppfćrslum hjá Ţjóđleikhúsinu og Borgarleikhúsinu, leikiđ inn á hljómplötur og unniđ fyrir útvarp og sjónvarp.

Ţorgrímur Jónsson (f. 1976) hóf tónlistarnám viđ Tónlistarskóla FÍH 1993 á rafmagnsbassa og lauk burtfararprófi af jazzdeild FÍH voriđ 2001. Nćsta ár stundađi hann klassískt nám á kontrabassa í Tónlistarskóla Sigursveins D. Kristinssonar. Áriđ 2002 hóf hann framhaldsnám viđ Konunglega Tónlistarháskólann í Haag í Hollandi, og er ţar viđ jazzdeild skólans undir handleiđslu, međal annarra; Uli Glassman, Frans Van Der Hoeven og Hein Van Der Heyn. Auk ţessa hefur hann leikiđ međ helstu jazzleikurum Íslands á hinum ýmsu stöđum s.s. á Jómfrúnni, í Deiglunni á Akureyri, jazz- og blúshátíđinni í Vestmannaeyjum, á jazzklúbbnum Múlanum og á Jazzhátíđ Reykjavíkur. Einnig hefur hann leikiđ inn á plötur og unniđ viđ sjónvarp og útvarp.

Erik Qvick (f. 1973 í Svíţjóđ) stundađi framhaldsnám viđ Tónlistarháskólann í Ingesund og lauk B.M. gráđu 1998. Ađalkennarar hans ţar voru Terje Sundby, Magnus Gran og Raymond Strid. Ţá hélt hann til Gautaborgar og lék ţar međ jazz og blús-tónlistarmönnum, m.a. inn á plötur hjá tompettleikaranum Lasse Lindgren. Áriđ 2000 flutti hann til Reykjavíkur og hefur kennt ţar síđan viđ tónlistarskóla FÍH. Erik hefur spilađ međ og leikiđ inn á plötur međ vel flestum íslenskum jazztónlistarmönnum og einnig komiđ fram í sjónvarpi og útvarpi. Erik er međlimur í B-3 tríóinu sem međal annars var tilnefnt til Íslensku tónlistarverđlaunanna 2003.

Simon Jermyn, guitar. Born in Ireland in 1981 he started studying classical guitar, but developed interest in jazz and in 2000, after a year's study in Dublin, he received a Diploma in Jazz studies, awarded by The Guildhall School of Music and Drama, London. Simon furthered his studies at The Royal Conservatory of Music in Hague, Netherlands, from which he recently graduated with a B.M. degree in Jazz Performance. His instructors included Eric Ineke, John Ruocco and Ronan Guilfoyle. Simon has performed with his own band, The Simon Jermyn Quartet and others in Ireland, Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg and France.

Jóel Pálsson, saxophone, was born 1972 in Iceland and has been involved in music since an early age. He studied the clarinet from age 8, but later turned to the tenor saxophone and jazz studies. After finishing music school in Iceland he entered Berklee College of Music in Boston from which he graduated with Summa Cum Laude in 1994. Jóel has appeared on over 70 CD's and performed in various countries including USA, Canada, Netherlands, France, Germany, England, Norway, Denmark, Sweden and Greenland. Jóel has released 3 CD's with his own music: Prím, Klif and Septett, the latter two received the Icelandic Music Price.

Ólafur Jónsson, saxophone, was born 1967 in Iceland. After studying clarinet and later saxophone, he entered Berklee College of Music in Boston from which he graduated with Summa Cum Laude in 1992. After a supplementary year in NYC where he attended private lessons with George Coleman and Joe Lovano he returned to Iceland and has since been an active member of the Icelandic Jazz scene, appearing on radio, television and several recordings. He is a member of the Reykjavík Big-Band and has been playing with other groups and orchestras such as the Icelandic Symphony Orchestra. Currently he is a teacher at the FÍH Music School in Reykjavík.

Ţorgrímur "Toggi" Jónsson, acoustic bass, was born 1976 in Iceland and started studying the electric bass at the age of 17 and graduated from the FÍH Music School in Reykjavík 2001. He turned to the acoustic bass and studied classical music in Iceland for a year. In 2002 he started studying at the Jazz department of The Royal Conservatory of Music in Hague, Netherlands. His instructors include Uli Glassman, Frans Van Der Hoeven and Hein Van Der Heyn. He has been playing with various groups in Iceland and appeared in recordings, radio and television.

Erik Qvick, drums. Born in Sweden 1973 and studied jazz-drums at Ingesund Folkhögskola and Ingesund Conservatory of Music from which he graduated with a B.M. degree 1998. His teachers included Terje Sundby, Magnus Gran and Raymond Strid. The next year Erik played drums and percussion in Gothenburg, e.g. on trumpet-player Lasse Lindgrens critically acclaimed CD "Walking Around". Erik moved to Reykjavík in 2000 and is now a very active musician and has performed and recorded with David O'Higgins, Esa Pietilä, Tena Palmer, Thorbjörn Zetterberg, Jóel Pálsson, Sigurđur Flosason and many others. Erik also performs regularly with Icelandic hammond-trio B-3 trio. Currently Erik is a teacher at the FÍH music school in Reykjavík.
